Our history
After several years of gaining valuable experience in the removals industry while working for other companies, Alexander Grice decided it was time to take the next step. In 2003, with a clear vision and a determined mindset, he founded his own removals company. Starting out with just himself and a single van, Alexander laid the foundation for a business that has been built on hard work, dedication, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Having established a strong reputation across Cambridgeshire, Alex identified a gap in the market for storage solutions and went on to launch the very first self-storage facility in Huntingdon.
Today, the business operates with a fleet of four purpose-built removal trucks, offering reliable and efficient services.
In 2022, due to health reasons, Alex retired and entrusted the business to his son, who has been an integral part of Alexanders since 2007. Under his leadership, the company continues to thrive and uphold its legacy of excellence.
